Euroshop 2023

Desys took part in EuroShop 2023 in Düsseldorf, invited by Arneg, a world leader in retail refrigeration systems.
At the fair we presented several new technologies, the result of the great work in collaboration with the Arneg team who believe a lot in the digitization process and the management of the "digital twin":

• Presented the 3D configurator for refrigerated cabinets with the possibility of inserting the configured product in the real world (AR: Augmented Reality) and the VR (Virtual Reality) training solution to facilitate the technical training of installers and maintenance technicians
• The latest releases of AGA (Arneg Global Assistance) were presented to the general public, the portal dedicated to Arneg after-sales with the "visual" management of documentation, troubleshooting, 3D spare parts and much more available on every device (Windows/IoS/Android) and in XR mode
• The Virtual Tour of the event has been created with the attached documentation which will soon be available on the official Arneg portals

The results at the fair were amazing, the technologies we created with Arneg were highly appreciated both by the subsidiaries and by the many customers who visited the stand.
