Typically, for everything regarding After-sale (documentation, assembly instructions, replacement parts management, maintenance policies, etc.), there is a drastic simplification when compared to the components involved in design; this simplification consists of the removal of those components considered nonessential (hardware, mechanical components, and in general all highly standardized components falling outside of utilization as spare parts), and in the restructuring of component groups in respect to those present in the overall design. This is possible with Linkersys, which allows you to upload a machine/product which has different structures in different catalogues, through the 2D and 3D Spare Parts Catalog module.
- Management of multiple spare-parts catalogues
- Powerful search engine
- Spare parts formatted in 2D and 3D, including within the same catalogue, with metadata associated dynamically from data coming from ERP and/or PLM
- Navigation of the article components, both in tree format and in visual format (for component images – only for 3D spare parts)
- Possibility of making available for customers order and shopping cart documents through integration with the E-commerce module
- Management of catalogue visibility
- Exportation of the illustrated spare-parts catalogue in PDF (only for 3D spare parts)
- Dynamic connection to product cards
- Integration with the Manuals and Documents modules
