Thanks to the use of Linkersys it was possible to connect the information coming from the 3D project directly to the spare parts available to our customers, minimizing the possibility of error and optimizing the management of spare parts.
Furthermore, the 3D documentation, made easily usable in the production organization, has also significantly speeded up the internal management processes of the company, minimizing inefficiencies.
After-sales service management has become very fast and easy to use for the customer, while coordination by the company is much simpler and free from possible human errors.
