With Desys solutions we have achieved the goal of providing our partners with a fast, intuitive and simple tool for accessing the spare parts libraries, unambiguously identifying the required component.
This has made it possible to reduce, if not eliminate, the margin of error, automate the forwarding of the request, verify and monitor its traceability.
