From the collaboration between Desys and ClayPaky, E-ASSIST was born, a new technical platform that offers the client a multimedia and three-dimensional experience for a range of technical support. Based on the Linkersys and SAP 3D Visual Enterprise technology, E-ASSIST introduces ClayPaky’s technical assistance to the digitalization of processes and to Industry 4.0. The platform is for professionals in the Lighting industry, but also for end-users who, thanks to its simplicity of use, can very easily accede to the services offered by the technical assistance of ClayPaky.
Besides the 3D system of navigation of products, its Ticketing allows the client to request assistance and support for every necessity. From a Ticket for simple technical information, to a Ticket requesting a replacement part, either guaranteed or not, as well as one for repair requests.
Technical documentation, animated procedures for the repair or assembly of products, technical info sheets of products, and interactive Online training complete the offer that ClayPaky extends to its clients.
