Thanks to our technologies, Linkersys, VEA, RTA, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Arneg was able to adopt a new approach, one more rapid and efficient for the management of replacement parts, the production of instructions for assembly and maintenance, and for remote technical assistance. The innovative solution developed permits Arneg to create innumerable 3D spare-part catalogues and manuals/troubleshooting animations in an extremely short time compared to traditional tools!
“We revolutionized the concept of the spare-parts catalogue, passing from the classical 2D design drawings to a 3D spare-parts catalogue; the user will see in front of him the product in a “digital” version, with which he can interact, selecting and directly acquiring the desired component without it being necessary to stop by our Technical Department.
The section of visual instructions, developed to assist our technicians, is achieving notable success, making even the most complex operations easy to understand.
