Re-utilize 3D documentation already present in our Design Departments to technically explain products through video and interactive 3D.

The idea was to develop brief explicative videos without captions, with all of the sequences necessary for the client to be able to complete the assembly easily and quickly.
Based on these video-instructions, 3D interactive videos were developed which allowed the user to navigate inside the object for a 360° view. Finally, some of the images were taken for the realization of paper documentation, to cover any need for a physical support tool, besides just the digital, should the case arise.
With this range of instructions, customer service was decisively implemented, with the aim of offering a service which would always be rapid and reliable.
These instructions have only recently been distributed, and the feedback shows the effectiveness and appreciation of the fine work carried out by Desys.
