La Marzocco, founded in Florence in 1927, is specialized in the production of professional coffeemakers and coffee grinders of high quality, conceived and designed with ingenuity and an attention to detail. The company wanted to acquire a new and innovative After-sale tool which would “converse” with SAP.
“In collaboration with Desys since 2014, a number of solutions that allow to communicate with delaers and customers have been developed over the years using the Linkersys platform like warranty assistance request, benchtest and reserved documents relative to our products”
Over the years, the platform evolved, allowing requests for replacement parts relative to the machines through the visualization of specific BOMs (Bill of Materials), thanks to integration with the managing SAP, as well as very easy management of the exchange of information between the factory and the owner of the machine.
Today, La Marzocco remains an artisanal company, though offering important technological innovations which have allowed it to become an important point of reference in the market.
